Omnitek Group LLC ("we", "our", "us") operates the Adessa platform at adessa.ai. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.
Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect:
- Name and email address (via Clerk authentication)
- Profile picture from your connected account
- Company information you provide during onboarding
Website Submissions
When you enter a business website into a public Adessa form, we retain only its normalized website origin and domain, along with the form location and campaign attribution you provided. We remove paths, query parameters, fragments, and embedded credentials before storage.
Advertising Data
When you connect ad platforms, we access:
- Campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, spend)
- Ad account information
- Campaign settings and configurations
Usage Data
We automatically collect:
- Log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited)
- Feature usage patterns
- AI interaction history
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our services
- Generate AI-powered marketing recommendations
- Optimize your advertising campaigns
- Process payments and manage subscriptions
- Send you service-related communications
- Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
Data Sharing

Ad Platforms
To manage campaigns you authorize: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook + Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, Amazon Ads, Snapchat, X / Twitter Ads
Authentication
Clerk handles user sign-up, sign-in, and session management
Payment Processing
Stripe processes all subscription and credit payments
AI Providers
OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google (Gemini) process prompts for AI content generation, optimization recommendations, and the in-app advisor; fal.ai and Runway process prompts for AI video generation
Email Delivery
Resend delivers transactional emails (welcome, weekly digests, account notifications)
Infrastructure & Hosting
Render (backend API + Postgres database), Vercel (frontend hosting), Cloudflare R2 (media storage), Cloudflare Pages (published landing pages)
Error Tracking
Sentry collects diagnostic data on application errors; user identifiers may incidentally appear in stack traces
Optional Marketing Measurement
Configured analytics and advertising providers receive permitted identifiers and activity to measure our marketing. Browser and server-side advertising events follow your privacy choices.
Connecting Adessa to AI Assistants
You can connect your Adessa account to an AI assistant you choose (such as ChatGPT or Claude) through Adessa's MCP server. You approve each connection by signing in to Adessa, and you can limit it to specific businesses or clients.
What the assistant receives
Only what its requests return for the businesses you authorized, such as your company profile, brand rules, marketing strategy, products, campaigns and performance, leads (names, emails and form answers), drafts and media.
What Adessa receives
The assistant's requests and the content it asks Adessa to save or act on, such as drafts, posts, campaign changes and feature requests. We log each request (tool, time, connected app, outcome) for security and support.
How it is used
Only to carry out the request. Adessa does not use assistant conversations to train models and never sees the parts of your conversation that are not sent to Adessa. The assistant provider's own privacy policy governs what it does with data it receives.
Retention and control
Request logs are kept while your account is active and are deleted with your account. You can revoke an assistant's access at any time on the ChatGPT & Claude page in Adessa or in the assistant's own settings; revoking stops further access immediately.
Google User Data
This section explains how Adessa accesses, uses, stores and shares data from your Google Account when you connect Google Ads.
What we access
- Google Ads (adwords permission): the Google Ads accounts you choose, and their campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, budgets, conversion actions and performance reports.
- Google Data Manager (datamanager permission, only if you grant it): the ability to send conversion events to conversion actions in your own Google Ads account. Adessa does not read audience or customer lists back from Google.
- YouTube (youtube.upload permission, only if you grant it): the ability to upload the video for a YouTube ad you launch in Adessa to your YouTube channel, as an unlisted video. Adessa does not read, change or delete your other YouTube videos.
How we use it
Only to provide the features you use: creating, launching, pausing and reporting on the Google Ads campaigns you approve, giving recommendations about them, and, when a visitor submits a lead form on your Adessa landing page with consent, uploading that lead to your own Google Ads conversion action as an enhanced conversion. Email addresses and phone numbers are hashed (SHA-256) before they are sent. When you launch a YouTube ad with a video made in Adessa, the video is uploaded to your YouTube channel as unlisted so the ad can play it.
Storage, sharing and AI
Google access tokens are stored encrypted. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising or to build user profiles, and do not transfer it to others except the infrastructure providers listed above that operate Adessa, or as required by law. Campaign data may be processed by our AI providers only to generate the recommendations you request; it is never used to train generalized AI models. People at Adessa do not read your Google data except with your permission, for security, or to comply with law.
YouTube API Services
Adessa uses YouTube API Services only to upload the video for a YouTube ad you launch. By using that feature you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of that data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke Adessa's access at Google security settings.
Retention and deletion
You can disconnect Google at any time in Adessa (Ad Studio, Ad Accounts) or remove Adessa's access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Google data is kept while your account is active and is deleted when you delete your Adessa account.
Limited Use
Adessa's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- Encryption of sensitive data at rest and in transit (TLS/SSL)
- OAuth tokens encrypted with AES symmetric encryption
- Secure session management via Clerk
- CORS protection and security headers
- Rate limiting and request validation on all API endpoints
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all associated data (campaigns, companies, AI history, credentials) is permanently removed.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Export your data
- Revoke ad platform connections at any time
Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication, security, and session management. We also use optional analytics and advertising technologies, including PostHog, Vercel Analytics, and configured Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and Snapchat tags. Conversion events may also be sent server-side to advertising providers. This can involve sharing identifiers and activity for advertising measurement and targeted advertising.
For visitors identified as in the United States, optional tracking may operate unless you opt out. Elsewhere, or when location is unknown, we request consent first. We honor Global Privacy Control and remember refusals.
