Terms of Service

By accessing or using Adessa ("Service"), operated by Omnitek Group LLC at adessa.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Adessa is an AI-powered advertising platform that helps businesses plan, create, and launch advertising campaigns across multiple channels including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter/X, Snapchat, and Amazon.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one account

• Adessa offers a free trial for new users
• After the trial, a paid subscription (Pro or Ultra) is required for full access
• Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe
• You may cancel your subscription at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

• Credits are purchased separately from subscriptions
• Credits are used to fund advertising campaigns managed by Adessa
• Unused credits from paused or deleted campaigns are refunded to your credit balance
• Credit purchases include a service fee as displayed at the time of purchase
• Credit balances are non-refundable to your payment method except as required by law

You are solely responsible for:

• The content of your advertisements
• Ensuring your ads comply with all applicable laws and platform policies
• Any claims, damages, or liability arising from your ad content

• AI-generated recommendations are suggestions, not guarantees of performance
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content before it runs
• AI usage is subject to limits based on your subscription tier

When you connect third-party ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.), you authorize Adessa to access and manage your advertising accounts on those platforms. You may revoke access at any time through Platform settings.

Adessa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Ad performance or return on investment
• Third-party platform outages or policy changes
• Loss of data due to circumstances beyond our control
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Adessa in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the Service. You may delete your account at any time through Settings or by contacting support.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
