What is ACOS?
ACOS (Advertising Cost of Sales) is the percentage of revenue you spend on ads to generate that revenue. Calculated as (ad spend / sales from ads) × 100. Lower ACOS = more efficient spend.
What’s a good ACOS?
Depends on your category and your margin. Rough guide: under 25% is healthy, 25–35% is acceptable, above 35% means you’re probably losing money on ad-attributed sales unless your margins are unusually high.
How do I lower my ACOS?
