How to request deletion
To request deletion of your account and associated data, email us at privacy@adessa.ai with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. Include the organization or workspace name and the email address tied to your account.
What we delete
Account data
Your profile, login credentials, preferences, and organization membership.
Campaign & creative data
Ad creatives, campaign configurations, AI-generated content, and analytics history.
Platform connections
OAuth tokens and platform credentials are revoked and permanently removed.
What we may retain
Certain billing records, invoices, and audit logs may be retained when legally required (e.g., tax compliance). These records are anonymized where possible and are not used for marketing or product purposes.
Processing time
Deletion requests are validated for authorization before processing. We aim to complete all requests within 30 days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
