Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes the limits and prohibited uses of Adessa, operated by Omnitek Group LLC. It supplements the Adessa Terms of Service and applies to all paid and free plans.

Adessa relies on third-party APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, fal.ai, X, Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Amazon, and others) that charge us per request. The fair-use limits below exist so a small number of high-volume users don't make the service uneconomical to run for everyone else.

Plans that advertise "Unlimited" usage of a feature (e.g. Unlimited Social Posts, Unlimited AI Advisor, Unlimited Landing Page Generations) are subject to fair-use soft caps designed to prevent abuse, not normal high-engagement usage. The caps are calibrated so that a real customer using the platform aggressively as a small marketing team will not encounter them in regular workflows.

Specific cap values may change over time as we tune for cost and abuse. We do not publish exact numbers because we reserve the right to adjust them in response to upstream API pricing changes or abuse patterns. As a rule of thumb: any single user generating more than 100x the volume of a typical agency power user may be temporarily rate-limited or contacted by support to discuss a custom plan.

Some features have explicit numeric limits (not marketed as "unlimited") — these are listed on the pricing page and apply per calendar month. Examples:

• AI image generations (per month)
• AI video generations + UGC clips (per month)
• Number of active landing pages (storage)
• AI ad copy generations (per month)
• Social-post volume on tiers below Ultra

Hitting these limits doesn't lock you out — you can upgrade your plan, wait for the monthly reset, or contact us about a custom add-on.

Some external platforms (notably X / Twitter on its post-2026 pay-as-you-go tier) charge Adessa per API call. We enforce per-account daily caps on these platforms to prevent runaway scripts or buggy automation from running up the bill on Adessa's side. Daily caps reset every 24 hours and are normally well above what a real user would post.

If you receive a "daily post limit reached" error and you believe your usage is legitimate, contact support@adessa.ai and we'll raise the cap on your account.

You may not use Adessa to:

• Send spam, mass-unsolicited content, or content prohibited by the connected platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
• Attempt to reverse-engineer rate limits, bypass usage caps, or share an account across multiple unrelated organizations
• Resell access to the platform or any of its underlying third-party APIs
• Generate, publish, or run ads for content that violates the policies of the destination platform (illegal goods, deceptive claims, hate content, etc.)
• Use the platform to scrape, harvest, or aggregate user data outside of what each connected platform's OAuth grant authorizes
• Run load tests, security scans, or automated stress tests against Adessa or its connected platforms without prior written permission

We reserve the right to temporarily rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that materially exceed the fair-use caps or engage in prohibited use. We will normally contact you first to discuss usage patterns before taking action, except in cases of clear abuse, security risk, or violations of platform partner policies that put Adessa's API access at risk.
